Hey!
I'm Mickey Elliott, your run-of-the-mill, wide-eyed dreamer with too much free time on his hands, so ended up making Youtube videos.
My claim to fame, and I use that term very lightly, would be the fact that I started a Youtube channel back in 2010 that I have somehow decided not to delete. Despite all of the cringe-worthy and embarassing content I've created over the years, I like to think of my Youtube channel as my public diary. Hopefully, some people find the content relatable and funny, although truthfully, the only funny thing about all this is how little the channel has grown over such a long period of time! But hey, I'll take my 4 views per video any day, and it will always amaze me that people have wasted minutes of their lives listening to what I have to say.
With the goal of trying to sum up my entire life and personality into this one condensed page, let me tell you a few key things about myself: I like to entertain, I like to sing, I love Taylor Swift, I love Disney, my favorite color is green, I love to play tennis and I'm slightly vain (okay, maybe more than slightly. I realize you're reading this on a website with my name in huge letters at the top).
I think that people generally take themselves too seriously, and I find it sad that as we get older, people forget how the simple things in life are the best. For example, walking to the park on a sunny day, getting free fries at McDonalds when your local hockey team scores, or winning a million dollars in the lottery. We take these things for granted.
I hope that one day, I can look back at this website and see a compilation of all of the ridiculous things I've created for the world and think, "wow... I really had no friends."
